Statistics have made it clear that LGBTQIA+ youth and young adults are at high risk for developing substance use disorders. But how do people who don’t identify in the community work with them and offer the unique resources needed by this population? Explore not just the data, but also the human side of providing services to a population outside of your experience.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelation and Refund Policy Cancelation - In the event of a cancelation of a given training, a replacement date will have been previously established. Attendees will be made aware of cancelations as soon as possible. If cancelation is due to location issues, lack of resources, or lack of registered attendees, attendees will be made aware of at least 24 hours prior to the training date via email. In the event of sickness or weather related cancelations, attendees will be notified as soon as possible via email, as well as through other means (phone/text) as available. Refund - Any training that has a payment involved will be fully refundable as long as the attendee notifies the trainer at least 24 hours prior to the training. If an attendee is sick or has an emergency, a brief statement will be requested in order to confirm a need for refund. Attendees will be invited to choose between refund and attending a future training for any training missed with appropriate notice.
